Manager Implementation Team

About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially-minded, execution-focused, and tech-savvy Implementation Manager to lead our growing Implementation team in Stockholm. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for scaling merchant onboarding across markets—owning the full post-sales journey from technical setup to commercial handover. You’ll lead a team of 4–5 Implementation Specialists, improve processes and tooling, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless merchant experience and maximize our impact.

Some of the things you’ll do

• Lead and coach a team of Implementation Specialists, driving accountability, energy, and development
• Act as point of escalation and delivery owner for strategic onboardings, ensuring clarity and momentum
• Own internal tooling and documentation (dashboards, templates, pitch decks) to support a scalable onboarding engine
• Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, and Commercial to improve handovers, workflows, and merchant outcomes
• Manage team operations: pipeline forecasting, resource planning, internal reporting, and continuous improvement
• Foster a structured, fast-paced culture that balances technical depth with commercial impact
• Build a strong, healthy, and inclusive team culture—with a focus on collaboration, wellbeing, and sustainable growth
  
  

Your future team

You’ll join the Growth Organisation and lead a tight-knit team at the center of how we onboard and grow merchant relationships. We’re collaborative, analytical, and driven by impact—always looking for smarter, faster ways to work. You’ll report to the Director Integration & Tech Sales and collaborate closely with teams across Instabee.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of leadership experience, ideally in onboarding, implementation, or operations
• Background in e-commerce, payments, logistics, or TA systems
• Comfortable working hands-on with APIs, integration flows, and tools like Postman
• Strong sense of structure, governance, and scaling processes
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Based in Stockholm (this is an office-first role)

• Strong analytical toolkit (dashboards, metrics, process mapping)
• Additional Nordic languages
