We're growing our engineer team and are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to play a central role in building next-generation backend systems for high-impact projects across industries.

Back End Developer - Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend applications using modern Java (Java 11+) and Spring Boot.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs that integrate with enterprise systems.

• Lead code reviews, champion clean architecture, and help guide junior developers when needed.

• Work in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) on full software development lifecycles—from architecture to deployment.

• Support integration and data flow across diverse systems using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and messaging services.

• Write high-quality unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and testing best practices.

• Contribute to our DevOps pipelines and containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with coding standards using Git, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.

Back End Developer - Experience needed

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in backend development and building scalable, production-grade systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Java 11+, Spring/Spring Boot, and modern Java development practices.
• Strong command of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), as well as NoSQL systems (MongoDB, Redis).

• Solid experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, JPA.

• Practical knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture.

• Familiar with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native development tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Fluent in English (B2+) and at least basic Italian (A2), with a willingness to grow language skills in an international environment.
