Frontend Developer (React)

iToDEV – a super awesome mega cool IT company was established in 2006 (19 years and counting. That means, we know what we are doing). Our team with 40 equally awesome people works on interesting, challenging and useful WEB systems and mobile apps development projects for our Lithuanian and foreign clients.

Our Beloved Frontenders @iToDEV Have to:

• Develop this and that, make beep boop beep, merge, compile and PUFT something great and WORKING happens.
• Be MVP (like in NBA), or at least VP. No..? But P is a must. By that we mean, you should be a player in our awesome team.
• Be a geek and tech-savvy. Trust us, this will help you a lot in daily tasks.

From our Frontenders @iToDEV We Require:

• Have 2+ years shipping real‑life apps with React and TypeScript - if class components were left behind and hooks now fill your dreams, we’re already friends.
• Write tests that actually run (and pass): at least 1 year crafting Jest / Vitest suites with React Testing Library.
• Master state-management kung-fu: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query, MobX or any other store if you can tame state without summoning chaos demons, we’re good.
• Tame modern build tools like Vite or Webpack 5 - bundles stay slim, nerves stay calm.
• Speak modern JavaScript ES2023+, TypeScript, and any other ...Script you fancy. Optional chaining, nullish coalescing, and friends are second nature after 3+ years of practice.
• Guard accessibility & performance fundamentals: WCAG 2.2 AA compliance and healthy Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) - slow, inaccessible pages never leave the branch.
• Keep pixels polite across browsers. IE is gone, but Safari still throws the occasional tantrum, and knowing how to soothe it is a must.
• Treat Git, HTML5, and modern CSS (Flex, Grid, container queries, Tailwind or Sass) like everyday vocabulary.
• Sometimes you can’t be awesome on your own, you need some 3d party integrations to do. We hope you have experience with that!

Extra Karma Points for Knowing These Things:

• Knowledge in other modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue, Svelte).
• Dabbled in Next.js and can explain why partial prerendering is the new black.
• You're curious about AI and have at least peeked into the rabbit hole of prompt engineering. If you've played around with it or built something cool - big thumbs up from us!
• Keep monorepos happy with Nx, Turborepo, or pnpm workspaces.
• Familiar with Server Side Rendering or Static Site Generation approaches
• Make pipelines green in GitLab CI/CD, bringing zen to releases.
• Speak Docker fluently.
• Secure logins with OAuth 2.1, OpenID Connect, or passkey - passwords are sooo last decade.
• Agile methodologies. Stand up, stand up - for the champions, stand up lalala.
• Jira. The beginning and the end of every User Story.
