Agile SAFe Scrum Master

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile SAFE Scrum Master to lead our client's team through the deployment of SAP S/4 HANA for the MFG Digital Core project. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in agile methodologies, particularly SAFE, and possess domain knowledge related to SAP.

Project Overview

The MFG Digital Core project is a cornerstone of our enterprise transformation. By implementing SAP S/4 HANA, we aim to drive efficiencies, strengthen digital capabilities, and streamline core manufacturing processes.

The initial engagement is for 6 months, with the potential for multi-year extensions based on performance and project evolution.

Responsibilities:

• Tailor agile practices to best fit the team and project context
• Lead and facilitate all standard agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-prioritized and refined product backlog
• Organize and drive Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions
• Provide ongoing project controls and agile project management support
• Manage essential administrative tasks related to agile delivery
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and high team performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SAFe Scrum Master in large-scale enterprise projects
• Hands-on knowledge of agile frameworks and SAFe methodology
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA deployment projects
• Strong project management skills, including documentation and reporting
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for agile planning and tracking
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Ability to work across cross-functional, multicultural teams
