IF YOU ARE

An expert in 7+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning/AI, including 3+ years leading R&D projects end-to-end
A track record of innovation in environmental or industrial sensing domains (e.g., leak detection, remote monitoring)
Strong proficiency in Python, with additional expertise in C++/C for performance-intensive R&D modules
Deep familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and relevant data processing libraries
Experience in AWS-based architectures (S3, EMR, Lambda, SageMaker) supporting large-scale data ingestion and modeling
Competency in GIS systems and fusing CFD simulation outputs into model training workflows
Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
The ability to lead R&D teams, mentor junior engineers, and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
An advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in ML, Computer Vision, or Environmental Engineering
Publications or open-source contributions in ML for environmental applications
Experience in methane/greenhouse-gas sensing using drone, satellite, or ground data
Understanding of data privacy and security in industrial telemetry systems

Defining the R&D roadmap for methane emission modeling
Leading the development of novel ML architectures for anomaly detection, leak localization, plume segmentation, and quantification
Driving cross-disciplinary collaboration with CFD specialists to integrate simulation insights into machine learning pipelines
Designing robust, scalable data ingestion and preprocessing architectures on AWS
Creating interactive dashboards and R&D visual artifacts to demonstrate system performance and insights
Communicating R&D progress and results to executive sponsors, clients, and presales teams
Mentoring a team of researchers and engineers focused on long-term innovation and applied science
