Job Opening: Technical Support & DevOps Engineer

We’re seeking a Technical Support & DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in improving operational efficiency, troubleshooting complex issues, and building automation tools to support our large-scale infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Issue Resolution

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production software issues across diverse products and services
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis
• Manage support tickets and communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders

Software Development & Maintenance

• Build operational tools and automation using Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, and shell scripting
• Configure and maintain software in staging and production environments
• Develop enhancements and fixes for internal applications

System Operations & Monitoring

• Design and deploy monitoring solutions for system reliability
• Handle deployments and support AWS-based infrastructure
• Generate detailed system and support status reports

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Coordinate internal issue handoffs
• Contribute to a shared knowledge base
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for ongoing improvements

Product & Service Ownership

• Take ownership of product components or digital systems
• Ensure SLA adherence and manage support workflows and customer updates

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language: Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure support
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Linux/Unix environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• PowerShell (preferred), along with Ruby, Python, or Java scripting
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
