Medior Fullstack Agile Engineer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Medior Fullstack Agile Engineer to join our dedicated DevOps team in Stockholm. This role is focused on developing robust, scalable, and secure fullstack IT solutions while actively collaborating with business stakeholders, UX designers, and technical peers. As a key player in an agile development environment, you will be responsible for solution design, secure coding practices, and application lifecycle management in alignment with Company IT architecture guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design robust, scalable, and sustainable IT solutions using modern fullstack technologies.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams by translating user stories into detailed technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, UX designers, solution architects, and product owners.
• Ensure compliance with Company IT framework, architecture guidelines, and security standards.
• Review and refine business requirements for optimal IT infrastructure utilization.
• Develop high-quality code following best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles.
• Advocate for application security, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct automated unit and integration testing.
• Share and promote best practices for software development and solution design across the team.
• Contribute to team norms and agile processes within a DevOps environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in the tech stack:
• Frontend: Angular 15+, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Backend: .NET Core
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions
• Solid experience with Optimizely (Episerver CMS) development.
• Practical experience with MS DevOps, Visual Studio, Git, and Gitflow.
• Experience with DAST and SAST tools for secure software development.
• Experience with automated unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with API design and management.
• Good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) and DevOps practices.
• Experience in solution design and IT architecture, particularly for web and cloud-based applications.
• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
