Assignment Brief

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cyber Security Program Manager to lead the development and optimization of a comprehensive portfolio of cybersecurity services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and standardizing security capabilities, tools, and processes across the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the Cyber Security organization and business units to drive strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with business goals, and support transformation efforts to enhance overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a portfolio of cybersecurity services with a focus on scalability and standardization.

Identify gaps in current security services and frameworks; propose and drive improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align cybersecurity strategies with business priorities.

Drive transformation and change initiatives, supporting process optimization and adoption.

Monitor service delivery performance, leveraging data and KPIs to track progress and effectiveness.

Ensure adherence to relevant cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in program/project leadership roles.
• Solid understanding of security challenges in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Working knowledge of industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead or contribute to organizational change and transformation efforts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset; ability to analyze and interpret metrics for informed decision-making.

Preferred Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Project management credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Lean certifications.
