Technical Project Manager

Your New Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead digital development efforts in a key area of a global industrial organization’s R&D process. This role focuses on improving how test vehicles are planned, procured, built, and tracked across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and development teams to translate complex business needs into efficient, technical solutions.

As a senior consultant in this role, your main responsibilities will include:

- Driving the structuring and refinement of digital solutions and backlogs

- Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery

- Supporting agile software development with a focus on AngularJS frontend and Java backend

- Contributing to early discovery and technical assessments

- Mentoring team members and encouraging best practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Solid background in IT project management, preferably in agile environments
• Experience with software development, especially Java and/or AngularJS
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication and change management
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
