Senior Back-End Developer (Laravel)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team! Please note that the working hour for this position is from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Malaysia time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust APIs and admin panels using Laravel
• Design efficient database schemas and manage MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Implement authentication, role-based access, and API security
• Set up and manage deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, Laravel Forge, etc.)
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security
• Work closely with front-end developers to integrate APIs
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Laravel and REST API development
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, and NGINX/Apache
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git)
• Proficient in MySQL or PostgreSQL performance tuning
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
• Experience with Laravel-specific tools (e.g., Sanctum, Passport, Nova, Horizon) is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
