Full Stack Engineer

Senior Fullstack .NET + React

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework 4.7.2 and .NET 6/8.
• Implement frontend interfaces using React.
• Work with both MS SQL and Oracle SQL databases to ensure efficient data access and storage.
• Utilize Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate on SharePoint integration and enhancements where necessary.
• Analyze existing workflows and propose improvements or automation opportunities.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions on time.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core (6/8) development.
• Proficiency with React.js for frontend development.
• Solid SQL skills – working with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines for build and deployment automation.
• Experience working with or integrating SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and start contributing immediately.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Polish is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in HR systems or payroll process automation.
• Exposure to Agile development environments.
