In this role, you will work closely with regional teams, agencies, internal departments, and clients to ensure smooth operational execution, top-tier reporting, and overall stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Go-To Expert: Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues and complaints, ensuring that each concern is addressed with care and follow-up until resolution.
- Foster Strong Partnerships: Maintain direct communication with regional teams and agency partners, and make regular field visits to strengthen collaboration and support.
- Stay On Top of KPIs: Track monthly KPIs and frequency data, providing summarized updates to management for actionable insights.
- Ensure Timely Reporting: Coordinate the collection and delivery of monthly manual reports to clients, including digital usage, ex-gratia, and replacement durations.
- Keep Things on Track: Monitor and follow up on reports received from supplier channels, ensuring that all operational milestones are met.
- Track Financials: Work closely with the Finance team to track invoices, ensuring timely follow-up with clients regarding any unpaid invoices.
- Work with Legal: Coordinate contract flows with the Legal team to ensure smooth processes for all key agreements.
- Present & Engage: Prepare and present monthly Voice of Customer (VOC) presentations and quarterly Health Steer Co presentations to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Drive Product Innovation: Collaborate with the Network department to request and coordinate new products and content as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in operations, client relations, or a similar support role.
- Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent organizational and analytical skills to handle complex tasks and data.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Turkish.
