About the Role:
We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our global BI team and support our operations across EMEA. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Coordinator, this role will drive actionable insights across Retail, Finance, Loss Prevention, and Merchandising—helping shape the data-driven culture of a growing international brand.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with global teams, deliver impactful data products, and play a key role in our migration to modern BI tools.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the main BI contact for EMEA stakeholders—translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead monthly data forums for EMEA, ensuring alignment and delivery of key priorities.
- Drive the migration from SSRS to Power BI, gathering regional requirements and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Manage BI tickets and requests from the head office and retail teams, ensuring timely resolution.
- Analyze structured data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support core business functions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with Australian analysts to align global BI standards.
- Train and support business users on Power BI tools and reporting best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
✅ Must-Have:
- University degree
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar BI/analytics role
- Strong experience in Power BI and SQL (any dialect)
- Proven track record supporting data transformation projects, ideally migrating from legacy systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, data modelling, and reporting
- Experience engaging data stakeholders and leading meetings
- Strong communication skills with business-level English
- Passion for using data to drive decision-making
✅ Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and Microsoft Azure (Databricks, Synapse, etc.)
- Exposure to Agile practices and tools like JIRA
- A curious mindset, good judgment, and a sense of humor
