Data Analyst

We are looking for a "Data Analyst" for our global customer in the Renewable Energy Power Generation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data collection, modeling, and visualization activities to analyze and improve EV charging station business processes.
• Analyze operational, user, and infrastructure data related to EV charging stations and propose improvement suggestions. Review operational data to support strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Build data models for charging behavior, customer segmentation, and key performance indicators. Analyze user feedback to contribute to product development processes focused on sales and marketing, and conduct impact analyses related to customer satisfaction.
• Measure and report the impact of marketing campaigns and product changes on customers.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights to top management, operations, and marketing teams. Create and maintain advanced data visualizations and dashboards related to EV charging infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data science, digital product, and marketing teams to contribute to advanced analytics and AI projects.
• Improve existing BI infrastructures, monitor and enhance data quality.
• Conduct occupancy and capacity analyses based on parameters such as app usage data, charging durations, and peak periods.
• Participate in data-supported location assessments for new station openings.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.
• Experience in data analysis, root cause analysis, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Ability to perform data analysis using T-SQL.
• Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to technical teams.
• Capacity to make data-driven decisions to optimize business processes and develop customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Familiarity with T-SQL and preferably Python or R.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills focused on identifying cause-effect relationships.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, or energy sector is a plus.
