We’re working with a diversified group undergoing a major digital transformation and we’re looking for an experienced Program Director to lead the modernisation and unification of their enterprise platforms.
In this strategic leadership role, you'll drive the vision, delivery, and evolution of critical business systems across Finance, HR, Procurement, Asset Management, and Operations. This is an opportunity to lead enterprise-wide transformation at scale, enabling real value through platforms such as Oracle and SAP.
You’ll be partnering directly with C-level leaders and managing a high-performing team of product owners, architects, and delivery specialists - all focused on building future-ready systems.
🌐 Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy & Roadmapping
- Define and drive the enterprise applications strategy in line with the group’s transformation agenda.
- Develop long-term roadmaps across ERP, HR, leasing, and planning systems with an eye on innovation, scalability, and efficiency.
- Lead platform evaluations and lifecycle strategies across business domains.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Value
- Act as the strategic IT partner to executive leadership across Finance, HR, Operations, and beyond.
- Translate business priorities into scalable platform capabilities that enable agility and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure all systems deliver measurable ROI, user satisfaction, and operational performance.
Product & Program Leadership
- Lead cross-functional product teams managing Finance, HR, Procurement, and Leasing platforms.
- Oversee solution architecture and delivery teams to ensure robust design, integration, and system performance.
- Champion governance, platform consistency, and agile delivery methodologies.
Technology Governance & Change Management
- Establish and lead governance over platform design, change control, and release management.
- Promote simplification, harmonization, and automation across the enterprise landscape.
- Align with Data, Integration, and Digital teams on system architecture and user experience.
Continuous Improvement & Measurement
- Define and monitor KPIs for system usage, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement and post-implementation value realization.
- Maintain adherence to compliance, audit, and security frameworks across systems.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Required Experience:
- 12+ years leading enterprise platforms or digital transformation programs.
- Strong delivery background across systems like Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, or Yardi.
- Functional expertise across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management.
- Experience working with business leaders to deliver platform-enabled change.
Preferred Background:
- Track record in multi-entity or regional/global organisations.
- Familiarity with real estate, hospitality, or education sectors is a plus.
- Experience with agile, DevOps, and product-based delivery models.
- MBA or Master’s in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering preferred.
