About the Role:

PureCS is dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery through advanced clinical IT solutions. We seek a Clinical Solutions Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of clinical software products including EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, and telemedicine platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and technology integration to ensure solutions that enhance care quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

📋 Product Leadership

• Lead the product lifecycle of clinical IT solutions such as EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, and telemedicine platforms.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians, healthcare providers, developers, and compliance teams to align product features with clinical needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive innovative clinical product strategies.
• Ensure product compliance with healthcare standards and data privacy regulations.

🛠 Clinical & Technical Integration

• Oversee UI/UX development for clinical mobile applications used by doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Manage integration of clinical solutions within existing healthcare IT ecosystems.
• Apply healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and clinical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT) in product design and implementation.
• Support API design and cloud architecture alignment as part of the product roadmap.

⚙ Agile & Product Tools

• Utilize Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to coordinate development cycles.
• Employ product management platforms like Productboard and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq) for efficient design and stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For

Key Skills & Technologies:

• Deep expertise in clinical IT systems: EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, telemedicine platforms.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability and clinical coding standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, ICD-10, CPT).
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and innovate in regulated clinical environments.
• Experience with clinical mobile app UI/UX design, integration, and security.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), product management (Productboard), and wireframing (Figma, Balsamiq).
• Understanding of API design and cloud-based clinical solution architectures is a plus.

Non-Negotiables:

• In-depth knowledge of clinical healthcare IT solutions and proven product innovation experience in regulated environments.

Relevant Experience:

• 8–10 years overall experience with at least 5 years in product management for clinical healthcare technology.
• Successful track record leading clinical software products including EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, and telehealth platforms.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of clinicians, developers, and compliance officers.
