About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional technology projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software and infrastructure projects with a hands-on approach.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Coordinate with internal development teams, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress using Agile or hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or PMP standards).
• Ensure code and technical delivery aligns with best practices and security protocols.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline estimation for all projects under your domain.
• Liaise with senior management to report project status, milestones, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record in delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong software development background (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or similar tech stacks).
• Solid understanding of modern architecture (cloud, microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines).
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in the blockchain, crypto, or fintech industry is a significant advantage.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2) are preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
