We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Consultant (Classic) to lead technical implementations, support client deployments, and optimize cross-channel campaign strategies. This role requires a strong foundation in database architecture, scripting, and hands-on Adobe Campaign configuration, along with excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Adobe Campaign Classic implementations, including configuration and customization
Understand client requirements and design appropriate campaign workflows and data flows (ETL)
Customize campaigns and develop scripts/web pages based on business logic and marketing goals
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical consultancy
Conduct training and knowledge transfer to client teams
Plan and manage implementations (independently for smaller-scale projects)
Collaborate with QA, digital marketing consultants, and global consulting teams
Support product installations, upgrades, and configuration changes
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice sharing

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (Neolane)
Proficient in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL)
Strong scripting/programming background in JavaScript; exposure to Java, VB, PHP, or C# is a plus
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and web technologies
Strong understanding of data flow architecture, ETL, campaign setup, and delivery
Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver high-quality technical work
