We're looking for a highly motivated individual who can lead the end-to-end delivery of impactful internal digital solutions. This role blends Product Ownership and Project Management, working closely with UX, tech, and business teams to turn strategy into execution.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽

• Own and manage the product delivery roadmap in alignment with UX and tech leads.

• Translate user and business needs into clear features and actionable stories.

• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Drive prioritization to meet business objectives and enhance user experience.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Lead the entire project lifecycle—from planning to go-live.

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource needs with key stakeholders.

• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers.

• Handle budgeting, procurement, and vendor coordination when needed.

• Keep documentation up-to-date and report status to senior leadership.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Engage and align with stakeholders on project objectives and timelines.

• Provide visibility on project risks, decisions, and status updates.

• Drive clear and consistent communication across teams.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

• 5+ years in Product and/or Project Management roles.

• Experience delivering digital products in agile/hybrid environments.

• Familiar with Agile tools and project delivery frameworks.

• Excellent communicator with strong planning and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Comfortable handling complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Sing Post Centre or Serangoon North (Singapore)

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 12 months (Extension based on roadmap needs)

𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Immediate joiners preferred (1-month notice acceptable)
