Job Summary (Jr. Project Manager – IQVIA)

  • Process daily data change requests for healthcare customer data (HCP/HCOs)
  • Reconcile match/merge queues and handle ad-hoc requests using primary research and data management policies
  • Analyze, correct, and fix data discrepancies
  • Submit, track, and follow up on data validation requests
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)
  • Support the development and delivery of associated training materials
  • Utilize basic knowledge of database management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Life Science/Healthcare customer data
  • Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Work independently and effectively manage time
  • Requires Associate’s degree in computer programming or equivalent training
