Role details:

• Title / Designation: Techno-Functional Consultant (Oracle Hyperion)
• Location: Qatar
• Work Mode: Work from Office (Sunday – Thursday)

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Hyperion (v11.1.2.4, upgrading to 11.2.15+) during official business hours.
• Modify and maintain Hyperion reports, forms, and backend scripts per finance department needs.
• Manage upgrades, patching, and integrations in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain data security and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Deliver training to internal users, especially new joiners, on Hyperion usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues outside of working hours if needed.
• Document tasks and facilitate handovers as part of managed service protocols.

Candidate requirements:

• 6+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle Hyperion (Planning, HFM, Essbase).
• Hands-on expertise in Hyperion development, scripting, support, and administration.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and Hyperion’s role in budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Must be able to handle custom development and user training responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Bilingual (English and Arabic) candidates preferred.
• Must be open to relocating to Qatar and working onsite.
