Our client is a fast-growing AI studio powering next-generation, subscription-based platforms. The mission is to craft engaging, persona-driven conversational agents that deliver personalized experiences.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Middle AI/LLM Engineer to join the team. You’ll translate creative briefs into robust LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI pipelines, refine LLM behavior via prompt engineering, and collaborate closely with design and compliance teams to ensure the agents remain both delightful and safe.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years experience in AI/ML or software engineering, with production deployments.

- Proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks.

- Hands-on expertise with LangChain (agents, chains, retrievers).

- Strong track record in LLM prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

- Experience integrating LLM APIs and building robust inference pipelines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working asynchronously.

Nice to have:

- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI or similar tools for visualizing prompt/chain topologies.

- Background in adult-content platforms, subscription services.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects or published technical write-ups.

Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement end-to-end conversational workflows (agents, chains, retrievers, memory) using CrewAI or LangGraph.

- Develop, benchmark, and iterate prompts; fine-tune models; set up RLHF loops to achieve desired tone, style, and safety constraints.

- Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and vector databases for retrieval-augmented generation.

- Optimize for latency, cost, and throughput at scale.

- Work side-by-side with UX designers, content specialists, and QA to prototype features and iterate rapidly.
