Role Title: Lotus Notes Engineer

Duration: 3-4 months initially with the potential for extension

Location: Scotland is preferred but can consider UK. Hybrid working

Rate: up to £368 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Clearance: You will be put through BPSS and Financial Clearance

Role Purpose / Summary

Project: Programmatically identify where there may be redundant data held on Lotus Notes.

Skill set - high level as there are likely to be some adjustments made as the project moves forward.

Key Skills/ Requirements

• Extensive experience with HCL Notes/Domino including strong skills in Lotus Script and PowerShell
• Programmatically interrogate around 1000 Shared Mailboxes and 200 Databases to identify where 2 million people are mentioned. The people need to be identified by name and a unique identifier. There is no standard format to how data is stored in the Mailboxes \ Databases so will need to cope with different formats \ language ( e.g unique identifier may be called different things). The data could also be held in attachments and not natively in Notes.
• Produce the output into a format that can be analyzed by a business analyst
• Programmatically delete the records identified as needing deleted
