Job Description

We're now entering an exciting phase: integrating cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) and agentic solutions into our product. We're looking for motivated AI Engineer Interns to join us and help build state-of-the-art LLM-based applications that have a real impact on users.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and iterating on LLM-powered features within our platform
  • Developing and integrating backend services (APIs, pipelines, agents, etc.)
  • Researching and implementing best practices in LLMs and agentic systems
  • Working closely with a lean, experienced team shipping to production

We're looking for smart, motivated people first and foremost. If you don't check every box, learning on the job is expected and encouraged.

You Might Be a Great Fit If

  • You have some hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
  • You're fluent in Python and familiar with modern development practices
  • You've worked with web frameworks and can build APIs (FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
  • You follow AI/ML trends, try new tools, and think critically about how they apply
  • You enjoy working with probabilistic systems and making them feel robust and reliable
  • You care about user experience and building 0 to 1 product that will re-shape the financial service industry
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and you're a team player

Our Tech Stack

  • Backend: Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL
  • AI/LLM: OpenAI API, LangChain, LangGraph
  • Infra: Docker, GitHub, CI/CD (experience not required, but helpful)

Interview Process

  • Small LLM coding project: Candidates will be required to complete a small coding project related to LLMs.
  • Technical Interview: This will consist of an interactive presentation of your project, discussing your choices and potential extensions. Additionally, there will be a few technical questions on AI engineering, machine learning theory, and basic software engineering.
  • Team Fit Interview: After the technical interview, candidates will meet with the product manager to assess team fit.
