Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong experience in financial reporting and data visualization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our service line owners and key business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end BI solutions that drive actionable insights and automate financial reporting processes.

• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in collaboration with service line owners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and business performance analytics.
• Familiarity with data governance, documentation standards, and enterprise reporting frameworks.

Required Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
• Experience working with financial systems or reporting automation tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or financial reporting roles.
• Understanding of finance domain and reporting standards (WFOR experience is a plus).
