Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you will focus on leveraging Salesforce platforms, digital assistant solutions, and deep regulatory understanding to deliver impactful solutions in the pharma industry.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they align with organizational objectives
Prepare and maintain the backlog for all use-cases, including prioritization of deliverables
Design solutions leveraging Salesforce-powered digital assistants to meet business goals
Propose enhancements to Salesforce functionalities to improve system usability and performance
Assess existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation with tools such as Process Builder and Flow
Ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA and GDPR in all system designs and processes
Collaborate with technical teams to enable seamless integration of Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs
Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder communication to ensure expectations are aligned across teams
Translate business challenges into actionable solutions that address user needs and business objectives
Provide detailed documentation and reports to support solution implementation and training efforts

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms, including proficiency in Core Clouds or AgentForce, and chatbot tools
Expertise in digital technologies, including AI-driven solutions like NLP bots, AgentForce, or chatbot integrations
Knowledge of the pharma industry and its operational challenges
Understanding of regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR to maintain compliance
Ability to connect Salesforce with third-party platforms via APIs, with workflow automation experience using Process Builder and Flow
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to foster productive collaboration
Capability to propose innovative solutions to complex business challenges
Flexible nature to excel in dynamic and fast-changing work environments
Effective teamwork and cross-functional engagement abilities
Proficiency in English at B2+ or higher

Nice to have

Familiarity with advanced AI technologies and emerging digital assistant trends
Background in pharma-specific systems or tools
Skills in additional regulatory frameworks beyond HIPAA and GDPR
