Chief Technology Officer

We are currently partnering with a fast-growing Austrian startup at the forefront of electronics and software engineering. They are on a mission to revolutionise smart electronic systems by combining cutting-edge embedded hardware with scalable cloud and software solutions.

They’re seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their leadership team and drive their technology strategy during a critical growth phase.

This is a unique chance to join a deep-tech startup shaping next-generation products and to lead the full technology function, from architecture and development to team building and innovation. You will have direct influence on product direction and company growth, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with investors.

What they’re looking for

• Proven CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leadership experience
• Strong expertise in electronics and embedded software, complemented by software/cloud experience
• Track record of shipping commercial hardware/software products
• Experience growing and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Hands-on approach combined with strategic vision
• Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus)
• Passion for innovation and scaling early-stage tech companies

Location & Package
