I'm looking for a Lead FullStack Developer to drive the design and delivery of modern web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend frameworks like Express.js. You’ll lead a cross-functional team, set coding standards, mentor developers, and oversee projects from architecture to deployment. 🚀 Project

  • lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using React and backend frameworks such as JavaScript, Express.js, or others
  • oversee technical implementation of features from architecture through development and deployment
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, DevOps, and QA
  • set coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices
  • guide, mentor, and support the development team in technical and professional growth
  • manage project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues
  • participate in decision-making on architecture, tools, and development processes
  • ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
  • stay up to date with the latest development trends and technologies

🎯 Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer
  • strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • solid experience with backend technologies such as JavaScript, Express, or similar frameworks
  • strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets
  • experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • good understanding of software architecture, microservices, and system design
  • excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

💡 Nice to have

  • experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress)
  • knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT)
  • prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
