Mapon, a leading fleet management SaaS company and part of the Draugiem Group, is looking for a bold and visionary Product Owner to take the helm of Tachogram — our innovative digital tachograph data analysis platform (tachogram.com).

With a rapidly growing client base and a strong footprint across Europe, Tachogram is on a mission to reshape the transport and logistics landscape. Now, we need a leader who can treat this product like their own business — part strategist, part builder, part evangelist.

🧭 Your Role: More Than a Product Owner — Be the CEO of Tachogram

You won’t just manage a backlog — you’ll own the entire product lifecycle, from vision to execution. Imagine leading a product like it’s your startup, backed by the resources and infrastructure of an established company. You’ll define the roadmap, activate go-to-market strategies, and coordinate closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to grow Tachogram into a market-dominating solution.

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve the product roadmap aligned with Tachogram’s ambitious growth goals across Europe
• Market & Customer Insight: Dive deep into customer needs, regulatory changes, and transport industry trends to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities
• Sales & Marketing Enablement: Be the voice of the product in sales conversations and marketing campaigns — energize our channels with compelling narratives and use cases
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineers, marketers, designers, and external partners to deliver fast, iteratively, and with high impact
• Performance Ownership: Measure, optimize, and relentlessly improve product success using data, feedback, and experimentation
  
  

🧩 What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS
• A startup mindset: resourceful, fast-moving, and obsessed with outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen — you can balance vision with technical reality
• Deep familiarity with Agile practices and cross-functional team collaboration
• Fluency in English

• Experience in the fleet management, transport, or logistics industries
• Understanding of UX/UI and user-centric design principles
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in tachograph and driver working time regulations
• Hands-on experience with data-driven product development, A/B testing, and analytics tools
• Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies — scaling adoption through the product itself
