We are now looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Finland. We offer a permanent position in our Mikkeli, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, or Espoo office. You can also work partly remotely.
Position Overview
This full-stack focused role involves hands-on software development and architecture, with opportunities to significantly contribute to both back-end systems and UI design, as well as technical specifications.

Primary Responsibilities
- Participating in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging, involving designing, developing, and implementing new development features.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues and bugs across the entire stack.
- Creating and maintaining clear and concise technical documentation for code, systems, and processes.
- Working effectively within an agile team, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
- Proven skills in: C#, .NET (WPF), and web development (e.g., Angular).
- Cloud services (e.g. Azure)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level education
- The position requires fluent Finnish in addition to good English skills
- Geospatial data
- ESRI products and software (e.g., ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro, ArcSDE)
- Oracle
- DevOps tools (e.g., Atlassian products)
- AI skills
