Location: 100% Remote, with occasional travel to Germany

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with strong architectural expertise to support a critical transformation project for a enterprise level client. The focus will be on converting from a manual ACI environment to a Network-as-Code approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of network transformation initiatives
• Migrate from manual ACI to automated, code-driven network configurations
• Define and enforce network architecture standards, security policies, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams
• Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, and drive improvements through automation

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer with strong architecture skills
• Hands-on experience transitioning from manual Cisco ACI to Network-as-Code
• Solid understanding of network automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience in financial services or similarly regulated environments is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
