Aufgaben

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Commercial Analytics team as part of our wider EMEA Marketing Data & Analytics function. You support our stakeholders with data projects, analyses and dashboards, making sure that data is at the heart of every decision we make!

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across commercial teams
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends and drivers, providing actionable insights to support sales steering, customer service and lead management
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to assist in building and maintaining predictive models focused on customer behavior
• Create automated data processes to improve efficiency in sales, service and lead management
• Collaborate closely with both commercial teams (Commercial Enablement, Lead Management, Customer Service, CX) and technical teams (Marketing Analytics, Data Engineering, Marketplace Management, Data Science, Product) to translate business needs into analytical solutions
  
  

Profil

• You hold a degree with an analytical focus (Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Business Analysis, etc.)
• You possess 2+ years relevant experience in an analytical role, ideally in a commercial or sales-focused environment
• You are data-driven and enjoy working with numbers, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, both visually and verbally
• You have hands-on experience using programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to process and analyse data; exposure to data modelling and orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow) is a plus
• You are proactive and eager to learn, comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus
