• Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across departments to optimize resource allocation and maintain executional focus.
• Monitor project health, mitigate issues, and keep momentum with data-driven insights.
• Anticipate challenges early and implement tactical solutions to avoid disruption.
• Facilitate strong communication across engineering, business development, customer success, logistics, and finance teams.
• Deliver top-tier stakeholder engagement by managing expectations and delivering consistently high-quality results.
• Establish efficient, scalable workflows for consistent delivery and operational excellence.
• Conduct regular reviews and apply learnings to continuously refine project execution.
• Act as a strategic partner to commercial teams, providing input on systems and delivery capabilities.

Your Background

• 5+ years managing multifaceted digital or technical projects in a client-facing role.
• Skilled at mobilizing and guiding cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.
• Recognized project management credentials (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and a proven track record of juggling concurrent projects.
• Clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Proficient with modern productivity and planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.), with a solid grasp of digital systems.
• Adept at turning business goals into tactical execution plans.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or similar) preferred; change management knowledge is a plus.
