Director of Software remote opportunity. This company is a Technology focused scale-up, and are scaling fast with serious growth ambitions ahead. This role will suit a Director of Software Engineering with ambitious to match, taking on the challenge of spearheading the software initiatives in a fast – paced organization.

Your mission will be to lead and grow a software engineering org and estate from the ground up. It is a fast paced, highly dynamic environment with high quality standards. The IT environment is mainly cloud agnostic and bespoke applications.

With a current team of 16 permanent members, the company is poised for rapid yet strategic growth. They are now seeking an experienced Director of Engineering who has successfully led scaling efforts in the past.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background along with exposure in a highly regulated environment as Software Engineering leader. Experience successfully managing and scaling Software Product Delivery in a fast-paced enterprise is important.

Skills/ Experience

• Strong track record as a Software Leader/ VP of Software/ Director of Engineering
• Cloud Savvy: Extensive experience in securing cloud-based platforms and environments.
• Experience in a fast paced scaling orinigisation.
• Strong communication & Leadership skills with excellent stakeholder collaboration.

Salary:

€120000 - €180000
