We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, Workday-savvy People Operations Specialist to jump into a temporary project that’s anything but boring. You’ll be at the heart of the employee experience, supporting our global team and ensuring HR processes run like clockwork.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where no two days are the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.


🛠 What You’ll Do:

  • 🚀 Be the go-to hero for all employee lifecycle queries — from onboarding to offboarding — keeping SLAs and best practices top of mind
  • 📊 Enter and maintain accurate data in Workday, troubleshoot discrepancies, and keep everything squeaky clean
  • âś… Own onboarding activities like Right to Work checks and setting new hires up for success
  • đź§  Identify knowledge gaps and help improve our internal knowledge base (we love good documentation!)
  • 🔍 Investigate recurring issues, solve root causes, and help prevent “oops” moments before they happen
  • 🤝 Jump in on other People Ops projects and tasks as needed — we’re a team that supports each other


🎯 What You Bring:

  • ✔️ 3+ years in People/HR Operations — you’ve been around the employee lifecycle block
  • đź§© A mind that loves solving for structure, ambiguity, and “how can we make this better?”
  • đź’Ľ Expert-level experience with Workday (EIB is a big bonus)
  • đź›  Experience using tools like JIRA and other systems
  • 🤫 Discretion and professionalism with highly sensitive info — you know when to zip it
  • 🌍 A global mindset and the ability to connect with teammates across time zones and cultures
  • 🎓 A Bachelor’s degree (bonus points if it’s in HR or a related field)
