Job Purpose

Prada Group is seeking a driven and passionate Data Science Intern to join our Data Analytics team within the IT department. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world datasets and advanced technologies in a dynamic, international luxury fashion environment. As a Data Science Intern, you will play a key role in enhancing our personalization capabilities and optimizing marketing campaigns that impact how we connect with our customers globally.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine machine learning models to optimize both one-to-one and one-to-many marketing communication strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage and analyze large datasets using cloud platforms such as Databricks.
• Develop test, and deploy scalable machine learning algorithms using Python and PySpark.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of data processes, methodologies, and best practices within the team.
  
  

Knowledge And Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with PySpark.

Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments - experience with Databricks or similar platform is a plus.

Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI is advantageous.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced, innovative setting.

Organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
