Your Mission

As the Head of Telecom Wholesale department, your key Responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow wholesale revenue through mobile, voice, SMS, data, connectivity, and IP services.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with international and domestic carriers, ISPs, MVNOs, and other wholesale partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including rates, pricing, and contractual terms.
• Elaborate commercial offers and manage respective P&Ls.
• Ensure the company meets wholesale sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient implementation and resolution of operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Participate in industry events and forums to enhance the company’s profile and foster strategic partnerships.
  
  

Your Profile

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom wholesale, carrier relations, or international voice/data trading.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple partnerships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; French is highly desirable. Additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
