Customer Intelligence & Growth Analytics Director

We’re looking for someone to build the go-to source for understanding our customers across Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary — and then use that insight to help us grow smarter: acquire new users, keep them engaged, and bring them back when they leave. You’ll create a clear picture of who our customers are and what drives their behavior. Then you’ll turn that into real impact: forecasts that help us plan, dashboards that help us act, and stories that help our leaders make better decisions.

What you’ll have to do:

• Build an integrated Customer-360 data canvas combining external research, media usage, demographics, engagement, transactional data, NPS, call-center feedback, and partner APIs;
• Lead the design and deployment of high-value segmentation, lifetime value models, and personalized growth strategies;
• Drive the development of the topline forecasting engine with external partners and in-house teams;
• Align forecasts with business OKRs and ensure integration into growth, product, and finance workflows;
• Partner with data science to continuously improve model performance and interpretability;
• Partner with Data & AI teams to ensure platform integration and governance of customer data assets;
• Support data accessibility and democratization for business users;
• Align with OKR owners and their individual targets; build forecast logic into their planning;
• Reconcile forecasts with Finance and support budgeting processes with forward-looking insight;
• Hire, mentor, and performance-manage a bilingual (business + tech) team;
• Cultivate a test-and-learn culture across customer-facing functions.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• 8–12+ years working in product, analytics, data science, or growth strategy;
• High proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, BI dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Power BI);
• You’ve built or run customer insight teams — ideally in eCommerce, marketplaces, or B2C tech;
• You know how to forecast growth and explain what’s behind the numbers;
• You’ve worked directly with senior leaders to shape decisions;
• You’ve managed or worked with cross-functional data teams;
• You understand how customer data works — both the tech and the strategy.
