Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models using structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning
- Implement scalable ML pipelines using cloud-based tools and frameworks
- Monitor model performance and retrain/update as needed
- Document processes, models, and experiments for internal use and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and delivering in agile, project-based environments
- Based in or willing to work in/with teams in Stockholm
Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time inference and streaming data (e.g., Kafka, Spark)
- Background in [insert relevant domain, e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommender systems]
- DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Swedish language skills (optional, but a bonus)
