About the Project

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our Cross Product Technology team. You will report directly to the Development Manager and work closely with a small, agile team and dedicated product owner. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle — from analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

We operate with the philosophy of “the team builds it, the team supports it.” You will be hands-on in both feature development and production support to ensure a high level of ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within a small team (4–6 developers) that may be co-located or geographically distributed.
• Translate business requirements into technical stories and deliver iteratively to production.
• Provide production support and take ownership of features after deployment.
• Identify and address areas of technical debt while balancing the delivery of new functionality.
• Design scalable and efficient solutions that comply with internal technology guidelines.
• Engage in pair programming and collaborative development practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong team culture.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience with Java 17+ and/or Python.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices across the full stack.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like Vue.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with event streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge or experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, AI, or Data Science is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to teach, mentor, and collaborate with team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
