Project

We are looking for a Junior Java Developer (with 1+ years of commercial experience) to join our team in Gdynia (hybrid model: 2–3 days per week in the office). If you’re eager to sharpen your Java skills in an international environment and take on a variety of projects, read on!

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing Java-based applications and microservices
• Collaborating with team members on requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshooting and solving technical challenges in cooperation with project teams
• Learning and adapting to new frameworks and tools
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues from various backgrounds
  
  

Expected competences and knowledge

• + 1 year of commercial experience in Java
• Basic familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot (knowledge of Hibernate, Camel, JSP, or other frameworks is a plus)
• Good English skills (written and spoken) to work in an international team (B2/C1)
• Proactive approach, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies
• Understanding of REST and microservices concepts is an advantage
• Experience with databases (e.g., DB2, MongoDB) is a plus
