The impact you’ll make


At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. In role Finance Associate you will be responsible for;


  • Tracking all finance functions such as reporting, budgeting, and accounting.
  • Creating and maintaining clear tasks, timelines and calendars.
  • Coordinating task ownership and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Managing multiple workstreams at once through effective prioritization.
  • Ensuring accurate and seamless execution of financial processes.
  • Analyzing financial data and transforming insights into actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication.
  • Proposing process enhancements to support operational excellence.


Key competencies


We believe skills and potential matter as much as experience. To thrive in this role, you should have;


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance roles such as reporting, budgeting, or accounting.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to manage several tasks at once.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and financial metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong command of Excel.
  • Excellent command of English.
