Program Manager

We are a leading IT company specializing in innovative software solutions for clients across Europe. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of our digital products through all stages of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing IT solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-impact products on time and within budget.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research, client interviews, and data analysis.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on feedback and market trends.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless user experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and ensure successful product launches.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the IT or software industry.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
