Prometa.ai is a rapidly growing technology company developing Deep Learning-based recommendation systems and agentic AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). We are looking for an AI Project Manager who will lead end-to-end project management processes in AI-focused product and service development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of business needs, and the ability to demonstrate effective leadership in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects involving deep learning, recommendation systems, natural language processing, and agentic AI technologies
• Handle project planning, scheduling, scope management, risk analysis, and resource allocation
• Ensure effective coordination between technical teams (data engineering, software development, ML engineering) and business units (product, sales, legal, etc.)
• Deliver project outputs in alignment with business goals, on time, and with high quality standards
• Lead internal and external meetings, ensuring clear understanding and follow-up of requirements
• Conduct continuous improvement-focused retrospectives and post-project evaluations
• Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills: ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
• Manage diverse stakeholders including senior management, clients, and technical teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in a technical role such as software development, data engineering, or business analysis
• Active experience in a project management role in the last 2-3 years
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
• Ability to connect technical topics with business needs and facilitate effective communication between business and IT
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proactive communicator with strong persuasion and influence skills in multi-stakeholder settings
• Prior experience in AI projects is a strong plus; openness to learn in this field is a must
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; preferably holds PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification
