The Director, Digital Natives Sales will take ownership of the Digital Natives landscape in one of Google Cloud’s priority markets, the Nordics.
As the Director, Digital Natives Sales for the Nordics, you won't just manage a sales team, you will advocate for Google Cloud's engagement with the region's most ambitious companies. You will be the trusted advisor to the founders, C-suites, and investors of AI-native startups, rapidly scaling tech firms, and future unicorns. Your mission is to understand their audacious goals and architect the Google Cloud solutions that will propel their growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage an organization of Sales Managers to meet quarterly and annual bookings objectives for the region by focusing on enterprise companies.
- Deliver significant business and organizational growth for Google Cloud, including attracting and developing a team and fostering a high-performance culture. Manage a valuable external network of partners and customer executives.
- Design and execute innovative, scalable go-to-market strategies that cement Google Cloud as the preferred platform for AI-native companies and hyper-growth businesses.
- Collaborate with Google sales engineering and marketing resources, providing input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them to maximize Google Cloud Platform in a given team. Achieve quarterly business growth goals.
- Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment, deeply understanding complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
