The Position

The Opportunity:

As the Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) Cross Functional Processes Marketing Plan to Cash (Finance) you are part of the Roche Services & Solutions Business Process Management (RSS BPM) Finance x-Functional organization and report functionally to the Global Business Process Manager (GBPM) and administratively to the Chapter Lead.

In this role, you will

  • Drive the implementation of ASPIRE in your region
  • Actively pursue the implementation of the end-to end (E2E) BPM strategy with specific focus on the area of Order-to-Cash (Collection & Credit Management, Treasury)
  • Contribute to global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within Order-to-Cash as your focus business process area
  • Be the empowered decision maker for your area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM
  • Work closely with E2E GBPM & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions

Who You Are:

  • You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education
  • 5-7 years' professional experience, preferably in Business Process Management, Collection & Credit Management and Treasury operations

You also bring the following skills and competencies:

  • E2E business process area understanding and process knowledge
  • Strong technical competencies in SAP (S4Hana) FI/CO modules
  • Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (e.g. Lean)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
  • Good collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with handling ambiguity and taking decisions
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams
  • Good change management and conflict management skills and experience
