Project Manager

Role:

• The project manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering projects within defined scope, budget, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• This role involves effective collaboration with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and design of projects by defining tasks and responsibilities.
• Establish project goals, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Ensure deliverables are of high quality and completed on time.
• Identify and address potential risks, implementing effective solutions.
• Adapt to changes in project scope, timeline, or budget while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure efficient and responsible resource use.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during project implementation or maintenance phases.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
• Lead project meetings, ensuring agendas are clear and actionable.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of professional experience, preferably in government, telecommunications, IT, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in both Day 1 (implementation) and Day 2 (maintenance) activities.
• Knowledge of customer experience, design thinking, and digital product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and full software/product development cycles.
