Senior/Principal DevOps

In cooperation with the leading global provider of maps, traffic, and places data, enabling navigation, location-based services, and mobile advertising around the world, Intellias is seeking skilled Senior/Principal DevOps engineers to participate in the development of an in-Car navigation product.

Requirements:

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, or in a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure management
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD best practices
• Proficiency in managing PostgreSQL and Redis databases in production environments
• Experience deploying and operating applications on Kubernetes (AKS experience is a plus)
• Strong grasp of infrastructure security concepts, including identity management, access control, and network security
• Experience with Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and optimizing distributed data delivery
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Practical knowledge of virtual networking in a cloud context
• CEST (EUR) timezones

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain software delivery pipelines and infrastructure that support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure that software is delivered with high quality, speed, and reliability.
• Automate manual processes, such as testing, deployment, and monitoring, to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues in production environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing remediation plans.
• Manage and scale infrastructure resources, such as servers, databases, and cloud services, to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Continuously learn and keep up to date with new technologies and industry trends to improve system performance, security, and efficiency.
