Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstration and technical training to customers.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately, by remote instruction or onsite trouble shooting.
• Help customers on product installation and operation.
• Design product brochures, operation manual manuals and videos.
• Other work assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred.
• At least 1 year of After-sales or technical support experience, familiar with PV energy storage systems, lithium battery, UPS.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
• Business travels are required.
