Qualifications:-

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Job Description :-

• Strong understanding of Scrum and SAFe principles.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and other SAFe events.
• Hands on with Agile tools such as Azure Devops and Jira
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Release Train (ART) members to ensure alignment and synchronization across teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills to remove obstacles and help the team stay on track.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
